I offer online counselling for a variety of needs, including individual counselling, trauma support, anxiety and low mood, loss and bereavement, stress and lifestyle management, substance abuse support, crisis management, and overall wellness support. My approach provides a calm, person-centred, and holistic space where women and teens can feel safe to explore what they are carrying.
This space is for those carrying a quiet heaviness, feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure of where to turn; navigating life’s shifts; struggling to maintain boundaries; or feeling disconnected from the person they once were. Here, you can pause, breathe, be heard without judgment, gently explore your emotions, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your inner strength.
Together, we can rediscover who you are beneath life’s demands, taking thoughtful, steady steps toward healing, clarity, empowerment, and lasting, meaningful change. Your story matters, you are not alone, and this is a space where you can feel seen, supported, and guided as you find your way back to yourself.


Hi, I’m Megan Hattingh, a wellness counsellor dedicated to creating a calm, compassionate, and reflective space. I believe that every person has a story worth being met with curiosity and care, and that even small, steady steps can lead to meaningful growth and transformation.
My approach is gentle, person-centred, and holistic. I value presence, listening deeply, and supporting each person in reconnecting with their inner strength and sense of self. I aim to guide clients in building resilience, setting healthy boundaries, and navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence, all at a pace that feels right for them.
I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, which is why I strive to make every session a welcoming space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I walk alongside my clients with care, helping them uncover insight, strengthen their emotional well-being, and create a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy calm and connection, spending quality time with the ones I love, and embracing my moments of alone time. I love being outdoors, whether that’s exploring new places, being adventurous and active, or simply soaking up nature. I have a deep appreciation for animals and a love for horticulture, finding joy in nurturing both plants and pets. I also enjoy reading, discovering new ideas, and creating small moments of beauty and mindfulness in everyday life. Music, travel, and playful adventures keep me inspired, and I treasure simple experiences that bring laughter, curiosity, and a sense of wonder into daily life.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is designed to provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
Meaningful progress is often achieved within 8 to 12 sessions when sessions are held once a week, depending on your individual needs.
Sessions are R450 for clients in South Africa. Rates for international clients may differ. Please enquire for details, and I will be happy to provide further information.
